Investment Banking Summer Intern - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our M&A team, assisting senior bankers on various transactions.

What you will do: Your responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, and creating presentations for clients.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial analysis of target companies and industries
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and presentations
• 
  Perform market research and competitive analysis
• Support the deal execution process, including due diligence and negotiation

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
