Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, your main focus will be on improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be responsible for talent identification and definition, assessing current and future talent needs, identifying mission-critical workforces, understanding key workforce skills and competencies, and addressing talent gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems effectively
- Have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- Receive moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
- Make decisions that impact your own work and potentially the work of others
- Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work
