Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. You will also provide advisory work for the IT function itself, ensuring efficient and effective technology solutions are implemented. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Lead and manage the implementation of SAP EWM projects, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP EWM and related technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other systems and applications.- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.- Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues or bugs reported by end-users.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the technology consulting practice. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.- Experience in leading and managing SAP EWM implementation projects.- Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionalities and best practices.- Knowledge of integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules.- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP EWM to meet business requirements.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP logistics modules.- Experience in working with global and cross-functional teams.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
