We are looking for a highly professional and business-minded Executive Assistant to General Manager to join The Grand Tarabya.

This is not a traditional administrative support role. We are looking for someone who will work closely with the General Manager, understand the dynamics of hotel operations, and provide effective support across a broad range of business and management priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day executive and business support to the General Manager
• Coordinate and follow up on key priorities, projects, meetings and action plans across departments
• Prepare presentations, reports, business updates and management materials
• Support the GM in monitoring operational and commercial priorities
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the GM Office, Executive Committee and department leaders
• Attend selected meetings, follow up on agreed actions and ensure timely completion
• Handle correspondence and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Represent the GM Office appropriately when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain a strong understanding of hotel operations and proactively identify matters requiring the GM’s attention

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with a solid understanding of hotel operations
• Strong business acumen and a commercially minded approach
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation capabilities
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Professional presence and strong representation skills
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and communicate confidently across all levels of the organization
• Excellent command of both Turkish and English
• High level of discretion, maturity and confidentiality
