We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spa & Recreation Executive to join our hospitality team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa and recreation facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence. You will manage a team of wellness professionals, coordinate recreational activities, and drive guest satisfaction through outstanding service delivery and innovative wellness programming.

• Oversee all spa and recreation facility operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation
• Manage and supervise spa staff, providing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Coordinate and promote spa services, wellness programs, and recreational activities to enhance guest engagement
• Manage booking systems, reservations, and guest scheduling to optimize facility utilization
• Monitor and control operational budgets, expenses, and revenue targets for the spa and recreation department
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all facilities
• Develop and implement wellness programs and recreational activities aligned with guest preferences and industry trends
• Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
• Gather guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of spa and recreation services within the broader hospitality operation

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in spa management, wellness operations, or hospitality management
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with proficiency in scheduling and resource planning
• Proficiency with spa management software, booking systems, and reservation platforms
• Solid understanding of spa treatments, wellness services, and recreational activities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in hospitality and wellness settings
• Familiarity with budget management and cost control principles
• Preferred: Experience with wellness industry trends and emerging spa technologies
• Preferred: Background in marketing or promotional activities for hospitality services
• Preferred: Certification or training in spa management or hospitality operations
