Accordible Facility Management is a fast-growing technical facility management and specialized services company serving hotels, corporates, hospitals, malls, restaurants, commercial properties, institutions, industrial facilities, and other facility-intensive clients across India.

We operate across multiple service verticals including Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC O&M, Technical Manpower, Housekeeping, Facade Cleaning, Kitchen Equipment Services, Fire & Ansul Systems, Deep Cleaning, MEP Support, and other specialized facility management services.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AVP – Operations to lead and strengthen Accordibles pan-India operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, client satisfaction, operational control, vendor governance, team performance, process implementation, margin improvement, billing support, and organic business growth.

This is a leadership role for a professional who can manage multi-site operations, build scalable processes, improve execution quality, retain clients, support collections, and identify growth opportunities through existing clients, industry relationships, referrals, and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

Pan-India Operations Leadership

Lead operations across multiple service verticals, including AMC contracts, one-time projects, manpower deployments, and specialized technical services. Ensure proper planning, manpower allocation, vendor allocation, execution timelines, reporting, and job closure.

• Process Building & Operational Excellence
• Create and implement SOPs, checklists, trackers, dashboards, escalation matrix, and review systems. Move operations from people-dependent execution to process-driven execution.
• Client Retention & Strategic Account Management

Own senior-level relationships with key clients. Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, service quality, proactive communication, review meetings, and timely resolution of complaints.

Organic Business Growth

Identify business opportunities from existing clients and active service relationships. Support the Sales and Business Development team in strategic meetings, large account discussions, site visits, and high-value closures.

• P&L, Cost Control & Margin Improvement
• Monitor service-wise profitability and job-level margins. Control manpower cost, vendor cost, material cost, logistics cost, rework cost, and escalation cost.
• Vendor & Partner Governance
• Build and strengthen a reliable vendor network across major cities. Evaluate vendors based on quality, punctuality, pricing, safety, documentation, and client feedback.
• Team Leadership & Accountability

Lead and mentor Operations Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, Coordinators, Supervisors, and site teams. Define clear KRAs, KPIs, reporting structures, and build second-line leadership.

Billing, Documentation & DSO Support

Ensure timely job completion reports, client sign-offs, certificates, photos, and billing documents. Coordinate with Accounts and Credit Control teams to support timely billing and collections.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure safe and compliant execution across all client sites. Implement quality audits, site inspections, PPE compliance, height safety, electrical safety, confined-space safety, and client-specific safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

15–20+ years of experience in Facility Management, Integrated Facility Management, Hospitality Services, Soft Services, Technical Services, Manpower Services, or allied industries.

• Strong experience in pan-India or multi-site operations.
• Proven exposure to P&L management, client retention, cost control, service delivery, and team leadership.
• Experience in handling large accounts and senior client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SLA/KPI governance, vendor management, billing, collections, margins, and operational control.
• Ability to generate business opportunities through existing relationships, client confidence, and industry network.
• Experience in hotels, corporates, hospitals, malls, airports, industrial facilities, institutions, or commercial properties will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, founder-led organization with high ownership and execution focus.
