This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Human Resources Specialist. The responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering employee benefits programs, and overseeing personnel management. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting the professional growth of employees.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and data management tools
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR roles or certifications such as SHRM or PHR are advantageous
