Job Title: Embedded Development Engineer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/ Pune

Summary:

Develop, debug, and enhance complex embedded software while applying AI-assisted development practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded software for complex systems.

·        Develop low-level firmware, drivers, protocol interfaces, and peripheral integrations using C and C++.

·        Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate debugging, issue resolution, and development tasks while maintaining quality.

·        Create or enable AI agents for repeatable engineering tasks and collaborate effectively in an Agile team.

Skills:

·        5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including use of AI in the software development lifecycle.

·        Experience in C, C++, RTOS, and Linux.

·        In-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, low-level firmware, memory, protocols, driver development, and peripherals.

·        Strong debugging and issue-fixing skills using AI tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

·        Experience creating and enabling AI agents to carry out generic tasks with quality.

·        Experience working with complex embedded systems.

·        Ability to work as an individual contributor, apply innovative problem-solving, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·        Experience working in Agile projects.

Good to have skills:

·  Exposure to build automation static analysis, unit testing, and CI/CD for embedded software.

·        Experience with source control, code reviews, and engineering documentation in collaborative development environments.

Ability to describe direct project involvement, technologies used, technical decisions, and measurable contributions
