Senior Asset Manager

What role you will play in team: Oversee and manage a portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and risk management. You will guide and mentor junior team members.

What you will do: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of assets, ensuring that they meet the desired performance standards.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement asset management strategies
• Monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement

• Conduct due diligence on potential asset acquisitions

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in asset management
• Strong understanding of asset valuation, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling software
• Experience with diverse asset classes
