Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to optimize user engagement and operational efficiency.
• Lead statistical modeling and predictive analytics projects to support strategic decision-making across Adani AI Labs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into digital platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and drive innovation in customer experience.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain Adani AI Labs competitive edge in digital transformation.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures to support real-time analytics and machine learning workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models, ensuring accuracy and reliability in production environments.
• Contribute to the development of technical strategy and roadmap for Adani AI Labs, aligning with the broader goals of Adani Digital Labs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven expertise in advanced machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• 710 years of experience in data science roles, with a focus on large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant tools and frameworks.

Educational Background

• Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Advanced certifications in AI/ML from reputed institutions.

Years & Type of Experience

• 710 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI/ML solutions.
• Experience in leading data-driven projects within digital transformation ecosystems.

Domain Expertise

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
