Chartered Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Chartered Accountant to lead finance transformation, ERP implementation, and operational excellence. This role combines financial control, compliance management, and project leadership, with responsibility for end-to-end finance and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Implementation & ERP Transformation
• Lead process mapping and ERP rollout across Sales, Insurance, Inventory, Finance, and HR.
• Design SOPs, approval matrixes, and internal control frameworks.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and management MIS. 
• Coordinate data migration, master creation, and user testing.
• Oversee accounting, reconciliations, and month-end book closure.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Manage budgets, profitability analysis, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.
• Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and exception reports.
• Prepare departmental MIS and compliance calendars.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to promoters and senior management.
• Lead and mentor finance and operations staff.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support junior accountants in structured compliance and ERP-based accounting environments.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in ERP implementation, process improvement, and operational controls.
• Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in Tally and cloud accounting systems (Zoho Books).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and client-handling abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in automobile dealership, manufacturing, or multi-location businesses. 
• Experience in consulting, business transformation, or internal audit.
• Familiarity with DMS/ERP systems and operational reporting.

Salary Range: 10 LPA- 15 LPA
