Job Summary
We are looking for a MoEngage Expert with 3+ years of experience to drive retention marketing and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, and personalization using MoEngage. You will be responsible for enhancing user retention, optimizing conversion rates, and improving customer engagement through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Retention Marketing:
Develop and execute automated retention campaigns across push notifications, emails, SMS, and in-app messaging using MoEngage.
Segment and personalize communication based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement history.
Monitor churn rates and optimize campaigns to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce drop-offs.
Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Lead Generation
Set up and manage lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects into paying customers.
Leverage MoEngages behavioral analytics to track user interactions and optimize lead conversion strategies.
Collaborate with the content and performance marketing teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
Utilize MoEngages automation tools to drive inbound lead generation through personalized experiences.
Analytics & Optimization
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using MoEngage dashboards.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Work closely with the product and customer success teams to align retention strategies with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in Retention Marketing and Lead Generation using MoEngage.
? Strong understanding of

? Experience in push notifications, email marketing, SMS, in-app messaging, and omnichannel communication.
? Ability to analyze campaign performance using MoEngage analytics & other marketing tools.
? Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, and funnel optimization.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams.
? Knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, or other data tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in eCommerce, SaaS, Fintech, or similar industries.
Understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping.
