Job Description
We are looking for an Employee Banking Adviser with 1–2+ years of experience in Employee Banking, Retail Banking, or a similar sales/acquisition role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of CASA, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
- Build relationships with employers, HR teams, and key decision-makers.
- Acquire and manage high-value, higher-income customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide suitable banking solutions based on customer needs.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of relevant UAE banking experience.
- Proven track record in liability acquisition and sales target achievement.
- Strong knowledge of CASA, Cards, Personal Loans, and Employee Banking.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven and results-focused.
