Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for a Staffing Technology Recruiter role with one of our prestigious clients in the UAE. We are seeking a recruitment professional with 6-7 years of experience in Digital and Technology Recruitment, including a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience within the Middle East market.

We are specifically looking for a hardcore Technology Recruiter with a proven track record of delivering niche and high-demand technology talent across areas such as Cybersecurity, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Transformation, Data, and Enterprise Technologies.

About the Role

The scope of his role is only limited to talent acquisition where we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for supporting the sales teams/external clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle by reviewing, enhancing and continuously looking for technology focused candidates in Cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, infrastructure & cloud etc. The role also involves preparing periodic reports, analyzing key recruitment metrics, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-placement follow-up.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and industry events.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform competency-based interviews to assess technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
• Oversee the recruitment pipeline and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and secure top talent in technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and long-term engagement.
• Identify, attract, and develop talent pipelines for high-end technology roles, including Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Business Intelligence, SAP, Software Development, and other emerging technology domains.
• Market recruitment services and candidate profiles to support business growth within the technology sector.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
• Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates while ensuring alignment with client expectations and market benchmarks.

  Get Hired
  Maintain accurate recruitment records, prepare periodic reports, and provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and overall hiring outcomes.
• Build, grow, and manage a specialized recruitment desk within high-demand sectors such as Technology, Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Engineering, Financial Services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or IT staffing, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technology hiring across Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Software Development, Data & Analytics, SAP, and Infrastructure domains.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver against challenging hiring targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and consulting capabilities.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and client-focused environment.
