A leading agri-export organization is looking to hire a Key Accounts Manager for its Spices business, focused on the US market.

Location: Guntur

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key customer relationships in the US market
• Drive business development and revenue growth across spices and agri commodity portfolios
• Work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
• Manage pricing, negotiations, and commercial discussions with key accounts
• Develop a strong understanding of the product value chain, export processes, and market dynamics
• Collaborate with sourcing, operations, quality, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA in Agri Business / Marketing from reputed institutes such as IIFT, IRMA, MANAGE, SIIB, or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, International Sales, or Business Development within spices, agri commodities, food ingredients, seasonings, extracts, or allied industries

• Strong understanding of B2B export markets and customer management

• Excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
