Senior Salesforce Developer

YOUR ROLE

• Design and build Salesforce solutions: Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
• Translate requirements into implementation: Independently deliver technically complex requirements and turn business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Write maintainable code: Build clean, scalable and efficient Salesforce customizations and automations.
• Develop integrations: Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
• Support the team: Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers; contribute to code reviews and promote coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize: Resolve performance, integration and functional issues, including debugging and optimizing Apex code and Flows.
• Maintain Salesforce environments: Help enhance and maintain sandbox and production environments, and keep up with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
• Work with UK business hours: Align working hours with the UK shift.

YOUR PROFILE

• Salesforce development experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, particularly Apex, LWC and Flows.
• Platform expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modelling, security settings, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Automation and declarative tools: Experience building complex Flows and proficiency with Salesforce declarative development tools.
• Problem-solving: Able to troubleshoot, debug and optimize Apex code and Flows.
• Communication and collaboration: Confident working with technical and non-technical teams, understanding client needs and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is required.
• Helpful experience: Familiarity with Agile, JIRA or Scrum; Revenue Cloud/CPQ; and API integrations.
• Additional certifications are a plus: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer I or Platform Developer II.
