CA Intern

As a CA Intern at HP & Associates LLP, you will be part of a dynamic Chartered Accountancy and Legal firm that specializes in audit, taxation, compliance, corporate law, and business consulting. You will have the opportunity to assist in various audits, tax compliance, financial statement preparation, legal documentation, and client advisory work. This role will provide you with practical exposure across multiple domains and help you develop as a young professional in the field of finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits of clients from diverse industries.
• Work on Income Tax, GST, and TDS returns and ensure compliance.
• Support in accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements.
• Gain exposure to ROC filings, corporate law matters, and basic legal documentation.
• Collaborate with seniors in consulting, drafting, and client advisory tasks.
• Prepare reconciliations, working papers, and schedules for audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA fresher with IPCC/Intermediate cleared.
• Strong academic background in accounting, taxation, and finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and other accounting tools (training provided if necessary).
• Good communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment and manage deadlines.
