Job Description
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulatory guidelines. This includes conducting various audits for field operations to identify and correct any processes that may need improvement. Your role will involve managing audits and investigations for field agencies, especially in response to customer complaints and in adherence to regulatory guidelines.
You will provide support during the facilitation of audits by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and internal audits. Additionally, you will assist in the submission of Risk & Control Matrix to the management. Conducting audits of field agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines such as the availability of ID cards, system access restrictions, and adherence to the Code of Conduct will also be part of your responsibilities.
Regular customer visits will be required to ensure that agencies are following the guidelines outlined in the Code of Conduct. In cases of escalations or complaints, you will be responsible for investigating by visiting both customers and agencies. Your role will also involve supporting Customer Service and other functions by taking the lead in resolving issues.
Based on the nature of complaints, you will need to take relevant actions in line with the Consequence Management Matrix or as required. Your role will be critical in ensuring that all processes and operations are in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.,
