Life Insurance Policy Service Representative

What role you will play in team: You will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers by promptly and efficiently handling their inquiries and requests related to their life insurance policies.

What you will do: You will address a wide range of policy-related issues, providing accurate and timely solutions that ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain the company's positive reputation.

Key responsibility:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Resolve policy-related issues such as premium payments, claims processing, and policy changes.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers about their policies and benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth policy administration.
• 
  Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service and data privacy.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in a customer service role (preferred).
• Knowledge of insurance products and policies (preferred).
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software (preferred).
