Job Description

    Role Overview:
    You are responsible for capturing a larger share of the health insurance market opportunity by developing specific solutions for different business segments. Your role also includes creating cost-effective and standardized solutions to expand the reach to channel partners and explore new business opportunities.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Achieve Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets with assigned partners and territory by continuous interaction with brokers and intermediaries, activating various Point of Sale (POS) mapped to ensure broad-based sourcing, and managing a pipeline to achieve desired numbers.
    - Train, develop, and motivate partner sales and service team members to effectively pitch to new customers and achieve business numbers. Encourage partner employees to share and close more leads promptly to improve the company's mindshare and wallet-share.
    - Adhere to the sales process by maintaining a tracker of visits and calls, reporting on a daily basis, and ensuring accurate records are updated. Utilize digital tools like Sales application for maximum digitization.
    - Focus on renewal persistency by understanding clients" requirements, pain points, and opportunities areas. Provide need-based solutions to increase client stickiness.

    Qualifications Required:
    - Minimum Experience Level: 0 - 4 years
