Job Purpose
Formulate and execute strategy & roadmap of IT infrastructure in alignment with overall IT strategy.
Responsible for operational and service management aspects of technology infrastructure, which covers cloud infrastructure, networks, end-user computing and service desk.
Establishing and maintaining information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. Identifying, evaluating, and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements. Process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee, and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies.

Major Challenges -
- Plan, develop and execute a multi-year IT infrastructure modernization and security strategy.
- Implementation of disaster-recovery and business continuity plan.
- Manage 3rd party service providers to meet and exceed SLA commitments.
- Develop and upskill unit IT teams for maintaining site infrastructure and support centrally managed services.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships and assist with identification of opportunities and application of IT solutions to meet their needs.
- 6. Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors, and approved system users.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Lead infrastructure strategy and roadmap from design through execution.
Create and implement a strategy for the deployment of infrastructure technologies to improve uptime, eliminate complexity and optimize cost.
Standardize on the tools and technology used on premise as well as cloud data centers.
Develop, implement, and enforce infrastructure governance, standards and procedures.
Review and update infrastructure operation standards, policies and procedures.
Extend operations management governance model to all sites in partnership with site IT staff.
Collaborate with internal and partner IT teams to ensure proper deployment and monitoring of services.
Manage vendors to ensure prompt delivery of services.
Coordination and management of vendor procurement and services delivery.
Play a major role in vendor selection and performance monitoring.
Point of contact for all vendors providing Data Center / Cloud Hosting solutions and services.
Engage with vendors to escalate issues and coordinate timely resolution.
Create a comprehensive IT security policy, strategy, and capability development roadmap
Develop Information Security Policy for chemical Business aligned with Group policy .

Create a manage a unified and flexible control framework to integrate changing requirements resulting from standards and regulations.
Leverage OneABG Cyber Risk and Maturity Assessment Platform for continuous improvement and compliance.
Develop, implement, and enforce information security standards and procedures
Define and facilitate the information security risk assessment process, including the reporting and resolution of findings / recommendations.
Ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services, including, but not limited to, privacy, risk management, compliance and business continuity management.
Ensure that security standards and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies to minimize risk.
Oversee audits and remediate findings.
Develop and oversee effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align with enterprise business continuity management program goals.
Coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security event.
Experience Range – 12– 15 years
Education – Master in Computer Application (MCA) – Full time
CISSP or CISA certifications will be a plus, prior experience of managing ISO27000 is essential
