Human Resources Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our team in Delhi. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their HR career, with exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Support end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups

HR Operations:

• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers
• Support day-to-day HR activities and employee queries
• Ensure smooth execution of basic HR processes

Requirements:

• 01 year of experience / Freshers can apply
• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
