About the Company:
AdOnMo is one of Indias largest and fastest-growing Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising companies, backed by marquee investors like Zomato, Ant Financial, and Astarc Ventures. We operate a vast and expanding network of 33,000+ digital screens (outside lifts) and 20,000+ static frame posters (inside lifts) across 24+ major cities, including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Kochi, Jaipur, and more. Our ad formats are installed in high-visibility public locations, including:
- Residential societies
- Corporate buildings and coworking spaces
- Cult Fit gyms
- Goa beaches
- Shopping malls
- Bike parking areas with branded standees and digital hoardings
We work with over 2000 brands including Amazon, IKEA, Meta, and Zomato, helping them build real-world visibility through innovative and targeted outdoor campaigns.
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Managers to generate revenue through the sale of OOH advertising spaces, specifically bike standee hoardings and other static formats. This is a field-intensive sales role involving client acquisition, meetings, follow-ups, and monthly revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Sell advertising space on bike standees, hoardings, and other outdoor formats
- Onboard SMBs, local businesses, and agencies for ad placements
- Handle both direct and agency sales
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through cold calling and active pitching
- Maintain sales pipelines and reporting hygiene
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, media, print, digital, or OOH advertising
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in handling advertising agencies is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits
- Good knowledge of local market dynamics
