Senior Study Abroad Counsellor

Your responsibilities include setting up a sales plan to achieve company sales targets, supporting and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals, and building strong relationships with students and their families. Collaboration with other job functions within the company to enhance overall service levels is also part of your role. Immediate reporting of significant issues to senior management and proposing solutions when possible is expected. Other duties related to this position may also be assigned.

Qualifications required for this role:

• Prior knowledge about country education systems, job opportunities, VISA processes, etc.
• University degree, fluency in English, proficiency in common office software
• Strong communication, sales, and intellectual skills with a proven track record
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
