Financial Accounting Professional

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial statements, audits, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS / GAAP)
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle tax-related compliances including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and reporting

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / B.Com (Hons.) from a reputed institute
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling large-scale accounting operations
• Exposure to multinational environments or shared services setup
• Automation and process improvement mindset.
