Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective students and partners, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present Afreshs international education offerings in a clear and compelling manner. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The role involves coordinating with counseling, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experience for learners, attending events or sessions to promote Afresh programs, and providing regular reports and insights on market trends and customer needs. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships, represent the company with professionalism, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in education, training, or related services, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build trust-based relationships.
• Ability to conduct market research, understand customer needs, and translate program features into clear value propositions.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms to manage leads and sales activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback, with a commitment to ethical, transparent, and learner-centric sales practices.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; specialization in business, marketing, or education is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Trivandrum and occasionally participate in events or outreach activities outside standard hours.

• Salary: 2,40,000 - 4,50,000
