Experience Required:- 15–25 years in:
- Aftermarket Services
- Revamp & Retrofit (R&R)
- Spares Business
- Global Sales & Business Development
- Dealer / Distributor Network Management
Role Highlights
- Lead global service sales strategy across India, South East Asia, Middle East & Sub-Saharan Africa
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Manage R&R and Spares business with 260 Cr+ revenue responsibility
- Build and strengthen dealer/distributor network
- Handle strategic customer relationships and large service contracts
- Lead high-performance sales teams and channel partners

- Proven experience managing large business portfolios
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling global customers and channel ecosystems
