Job Title: Supplier Quality Senior Engineer
Business Unit & Department: Supply Chain, Product Line Engines / Quality

Job Purpose: Actively involve in and supporting the development of engine components in line with defined specifications and guidelines. Investigating and resolving quality issues that arise during component development to increase supplier performance. Work closely with procurement, engineering, and production teams to address any discrepancies or quality issues promptly.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities Conducting supplier audits Actively involve in development of components Intermediate & final inspection to ensure all requirements followed as per ITP Handling of deviations & ensure on implementation of corrective actions. Support to localization strategy defined by management
Additional Key Tasks &
Responsibilities as per local
requirements Certified Internal Auditor for 9001:2015,14001 & 45001 Perform non-destructive test activity as & when required. Prepare annual audit plan Maintaining detailed records of quality assurance activities, including inspection results and corrective actions

1 Experience & Skills (What
is required for the role) Essential 5 to 8 years of experience reputed heavy engineering industry such as engine manufacturing, Gear manufacturing, casting industry etc.. Knowledge of casting process & casting component inspection Knowledge of CMM inspection Knowledge of Metallurgy Communication Skills, written & Verbal Good knowledge of quality systems and quality guidelines Desirable Knowledge of SAP Knowledge of 7 QC tools
