 Responsibilities:

• Providing technical direction, decisions, mentorship, and support in achieving project and organizational goals
• Own the technical execution of electronics development projects from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release
• Define and manage electronics development strategies, priorities, and milestones in alignment with overall product and business objectives
• Translate system and business requirements into structured technical work packages, collaborating with engineers to define scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure robust coordination between electronics, firmware, mechanics, and software teams to achieve successful system integration
• Review and support technical design decisions, ensuring compliance with system requirements, quality standards, and project constraints
• Monitor project execution, identify technical and organizational risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to timelines for prototype builds, board spins, testing phases, and production release
• Establish and maintain engineering processes, design review practices, and documentation standards
• Ensure structured documentation including schematics, layout reviews, BOMs, test reports, and revision tracking
• Provide clear technical and project status reporting to stakeholders and management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in electronics development, including at least 3 years of proven experience in a technical leadership or team leadership role
• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on clear responsibilities and effective team execution
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced engineering environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience providing technical guidance, reviewing designs, and supporting engineers in complex electronics development
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering activities within complex mechatronic or robotic systems
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and structured requirement management
• Strong technical background in electronics design, including analog/digital circuits, PCB development, power electronics, high-frequency design and embedded systems
• Strong knowledge of risk management in hardware projects, including component availability, board re-spins, and test failures
• Proven experience leading the complete development cycle: from concept through prototyping, validation, and production ramp-up
• Solid understanding of firmware-hardware interaction and embedded systems
• Experience working in robotics or complex mechatronic systems
