Portfolio Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced portfolio manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing portfolio strategies, conducting performance analysis, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong planning and strategic capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define investment goals and risk tolerances
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
• Monitor market trends and adjust portfolio allocations accordingly
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing strategic initiatives
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across the portfolio

Required qualifications:

• 6–10 years of portfolio management or related experience in finance or investments
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and portfolio optimization
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on finance or strategic management
• Professional certification such as CFA, PMP or equivalent
• Prior experience in Dubai or broader Middle East financial markets
• Advanced proficiency in investment management tools and software
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills a plus
• Experience with ESG investing and sustainable finance frameworks
