Lead - AB Sourcing (IT SW/HW Sourcing)

Roles and Responsibility:

Pre Sales SCM
- Business understanding on RFPs , Bids management.
- Enabling efficient sourcing and partnerships for the Bids.
- Timely submission of inputs for Bids, basis business needs.
- Stitching of partnerships for end to end delivery to customer.
Sourcing and Procurement
- Sourcing and Procurement of Hardware and services for customer delivery.
- Effective negotiations for enabling competitive costs.
- Speed of execution of Procurement process.
Materials Management
- Demand Planning basis Forecast & Feasibility;
- Logistics planning for End to End delivery to Customer.
- Material movement across Pan India geographies.
Contract Management
- Contracting with Partners covering all critical Terms and conditions in line with Customer
Contract / PO T&Cs.
- Timely contracting.
Partner Management
- Engagement with Partners and Partner Governance.
- Partner relationship management
Qualification and Education Requirement
MBA/post-graduation
Desired Skill :
- 6+ Yrs of Experience
- Sourcing and Procurement in IT / Telecom preferred.
- Collaboration with cross functional stake holders.
- In depth understanding of Logistics within India, Transportation, GST structure & its implications.
- Customer focus - Drive to meet customer expectations
