Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst with a proven track record in human resources and a strong aptitude for working with numbers. This role will involve leveraging HR data to drive insights, supporting HR processes, and leading specific projects to enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing HR initiatives and possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for management.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Lead and manage HR-related projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with various HR functions to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Perform workforce analytics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, productivity, performance, and employee engagement.
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive models to solve business problems and improve people-related outcomes.
• Monitor HR trends and recommend improvements to policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience.
• Proven ability to work with data and metrics.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least one HR project successfully in a previous role.
• Strong proficiency with Python and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling in HR contexts.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and talent management analytics.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable HR strategies.
