Job Description
- The role of an Account Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited entails ensuring sales and service in the assigned territory to deliver Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line Business efficiently. As the frontline representative of Airtel, you will be the single point of contact for customers and responsible for fostering strong client relationships.
Your primary objectives will include achieving Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in existing and new accounts by delivering Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installations as per targets. You will also be responsible for new account acquisition, cross-selling multiple product lines, and maintaining a healthy sales funnel for all business lines.
To excel in this role, you must stay informed about competitors" strategies, gather market intelligence, and devise sales interventions tailored to different client segments. Building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts effectively, and driving revenue maximization through upselling and cross-selling will be key focus areas.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of B2B sales experience (6 months experience for female candidates is acceptable), be a graduate with good communication skills, and aged up to 32 years. Female candidates are preferred, and comfort with fieldwork is essential to succeed in this role.,
