About the Role

Were looking for a Content Creator / Presenter who is confident in front of the camera, naturally expressive, and knows how to turn an idea into content people actually want to watch.

• Youll become one of the faces of AiSensy, creating engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• This is a hybrid role where youll be a presenter, creator, storyteller, researcher, and creative thinker.
• You dont just need to be comfortable on camera.

You need to understand what makes someone stop scrolling.

What Youll Do

1. Create & Present Content

• Create and present engaging short-form and long-form video content for AiSensy.
• Be the on-camera face of AiSensy across social media, YouTube, campaigns, and brand content.
• Present complex topics in a simple, engaging, and relatable way.
• Create talking-head videos, explainers, educational content, interviews, product videos, reels, and trend-led content.
• Develop your own on-camera style while staying aligned with the AiSensy brand.

2. Content Ideation & Storytelling

• Generate content ideas around WhatsApp marketing, business growth, SaaS, AI, technology, digital marketing, and trending topics.
• Identify stories, trends, news, product updates, and industry insights that can become content.
• Develop strong hooks, narratives, talking points, and storytelling structures.
• Turn complex concepts into content that is simple, useful, entertaining, and memorable.
• Bring original ideas to the table—we dont want someone waiting for a content brief every morning.

3. Scriptwriting & Creative Development

• Write or contribute to video scripts, hooks, opening lines, talking points, captions, and creative concepts.
• Work with the Content Marketing Manager and creative team to develop content ideas from concept to execution.
• Understand how the first few seconds of a video impact retention.
• Continuously experiment with different storytelling styles, formats, and presentation techniques.

4. Social Media & Trend Research

• Stay on top of whats happening across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Research emerging formats, creators, trends, hooks, memes, and storytelling styles.
• Identify what is relevant to AiSensys audience and find ways to adapt it without simply copying whats trending.
• Understand the difference between a trend that gets views and content that builds the AiSensy brand.

5. Collaborate & Execute

• Work closely with Content, Marketing, Design, Cinematography, Video Editing, Growth, and Product teams.
• Participate in shoots for founder-led content, product videos, campaigns, customer stories, and brand films.
• Collaborate with the Cinematographer/DOP and Video Editor to improve the quality of every piece of content.
• Take ownership from idea script shoot presentation final execution.
• Be willing to iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance.

6. Learn From the Numbers

• Track content performance across views, watch time, retention, engagement, shares, followers, traffic, and conversions.
• Understand why certain videos work and others dont.
• Use audience and platform insights to improve future content.
• Continuously experiment with hooks, formats, topics, presentation styles, and CTAs.

What Were Looking For

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, presenting, social media, digital media, YouTube, advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong and confident on-camera presence.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Naturally expressive personality with strong audience connect.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reels, and short-form video content.
• Good storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make them interesting.
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, trends, and audience psychology.
• Ability to independently take content from idea script shoot execution.
• Comfortable experimenting with different content formats and creative styles.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience creating content for SaaS, technology, startups, B2B, MarTech, AI, or digital marketing brands.
• Experience presenting educational or explainer content.
• Experience hosting interviews, podcasts, webinars, or live sessions.
• Basic understanding of video production, lighting, framing, and editing.
• Experience building a personal brand or audience on social media.
• Hindi + English fluency.
• Experience creating content for both Indian and international audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and content creation.
