Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes preparing sales strategies, delivering client presentations, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also play a key role in analyzing market trends and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Customer relationship management skills and a client-focused approach to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Analytical and market research skills to understand trends, identify potential customers, and evaluate competition.

    Team collaboration skills to coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver presentations and build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior sales experience in packaging or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet targets effectively.
