1. To Promote a companys brand to create targeted awareness and Maximize sales and profits (especially sales and top line) of our entire business:
< Overall > Build and execute marketing plan by maintaining Brand Image.
2. Co-ordinate and improve Sales by Sales-marketing Activities:
Plan monthly sales estimates.
Analyse every month sales for the improvement in sales- area-wise & channel-wise
Plan for ATL, BTL and digital activities for sales target
3. Increase Brand awareness and Sales of our entire Business through development Marketing(NPD):
Planning, building and executing New product development
Plan & execute cost reduction for existing products.
Co-ordinate with the R&D team to develop and Market the new products.
4. Plan Data collection and Analysis for the Marketing Team:
Creating inferences/ co-relations, forecast, trend study in market data and daily, monthly, Annual Sales figures, using MS Excel.
Create and execute Surveys for data collection for Brand awareness, Brand impact and Market coverage etc.
Compilation and presentation of Data by co-ordinating with Sales and Sales co-ordination team.
5. Regular work in Marketing team management:
Preparing monthly/yearly Reports (Sales forecast sheet, Monthly sales report, Production-Sales Projection report, Offtake report, Brand awareness report, NPD schedule)
Response to customer complaints and negative news about our products

Supervising and leading the Marketing executives and senior executives.
Horizontal co-ordination with other departments.
- Mandatory 1 day/week market visit for checking the existing product market condition, target audience requirements, trial and repeat purchase studies.
