Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Must have experience in Infrastructure, Real Estate and Corporate commercial Law, and having good understanding of UAE Laws.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on business setup procedures, legal requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients business objectives, preferences, and constraints, and develop customized solutions tailored to their needs.
• Prepare proposals regularly for the clients and provide follow-ups.
• Manage all aspects of legal works including but not limited to, drafting of commercial and legal opinions, shareholders agreements, Distributions and Franchise Agreements, Fintech agreements (data sharing and licensing), software and IT service agreements.
• Manage due diligence along with the other team members for matters related to Mergers and Acquisition.
• Drafting of WILL and providing opinion-related matters such as – probate, succession, inheritance, foundations, trusts, family offices, offshore companies, and holding companies.
• Manage independently to draft MOA/AOA of new companies, prepare and file legal documents related to new company incorporation with local authorities and government departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal matters and documentation.
• Prepare proposals regularly for the clients and provide follow-ups.
• Available to travel in case required.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.
• Candidate with common law and civil law background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
• Fluent in speaking and writing the English language. Any additional language is a plus.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of UAE Experience
