Job Description
- To ensure preparation of load sheets in compliance with DGCA.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures pertaining to load and control function.
- Make load sheets keeping in mind appropriate C & G limits.
- Provide an estimated zero fuel weight which should be close
- actual.
- Plan the loading of the flight to ensure optimum use of space within permissible limits of weight and volume, as per the booked loads of customers and cargo.
- Issue loading instructions (LIR) to ramp staff for loading of the aircraft.
- Prepare manual load and trim as per requirement of DGCA.
- Allocate seating, block seats for trim especially during light book loads to ensure safe limits.
- Monitor changes to loading instructions in coordination with ramp teams/ red cap?and incorporate the same before submitting the load sheet to the Captain.
- File all documents in the Station Flight file and maintain all documents for period specified by regulatory body.
- Responsible for ensuring correct details on load sheet to avoid any safety issue.
- LMCs to be done as per regulatory approvals.
- Responsible for On Time Performance of flights allocated to him/ her throughout the network
- Responsible to ensure PTS is achieved for individual tasks for flights
- Coordinate with Cargo team and ensure maximum uplift of cargo for flights allocated
- Reporting occurrences, events and violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation to Duty Manager/ Duty Officer CLCU
- Coordinate with Flight Dispatch to increase available payload and reduce baggage and cargo offloading
- Coordinate with Flight Dispatch and ensure optimum utilization of fuel
- Prepare reports as per company requirements
