Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills using Java/python, javascript and front-end development skills using ReactJS. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities: 

• 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architecture.
• 2. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions using Java.
• 3. Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS and related front-end technologies.
• 4. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external services and APIs.
• 5. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• 6. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Full Stack development and security.
• 8. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• 9. Write clear and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices.
• 10. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Java/Python (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).
• 3. Strong proficiency in Java/python, Spring Framework, and related technologies for backend development.
• 4. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 5. Experience with modern development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• 6. Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with data modeling.
• 7. Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment.
• 9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 10. Prior experience working on large-scale and complex web applications is preferred.
