SEP Instructor

:

1. Conduct cabin safety training for Cabin Crew and Flight Deck Crew, as applicable.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, training modules, presentations and assessment materials in accordance with approved training requirements.
3. Ensure the availability, serviceability and proper functioning of classrooms, training aids and equipment.
4. Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in training delivery and effectiveness.
5. Support the Cabin Safety Training Manager in conducting Training Needs Analysis and identifying training gaps.
6. Maintain accurate, updated and compliant training records and cabin safety documentation.
7. Ensure training is conducted in accordance with the approved Cabin Crew Training Manual, applicable regulatory requirements and company procedures.
8. Stay updated on applicable aviation regulations, safety standards and operational procedures
9. Reinforce safety awareness and communicate key safety concerns and operational updates to trainees.
10. Uphold company values, professional conduct, grooming standards and quality expectations.
11. Maintain discipline and promote a professional, inclusive and conducive learning environment at the Learning Academy.
12. Ensure compliance with applicable Safety, Security and Quality Management System requirements within the scope of responsibility.
13. Identify and report training-related hazards, equipment defects and procedural gaps through the established reporting channels.
14. Coordinate with relevant departments to support effective training delivery and address training-related requirements.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Cabin Safety Training Manager.

Skills & Requirements:

• Candidates holding valid DGCA approval as a Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) Instructor.
• Good knowledge of applicable Civil Aviation Regulations and cabin safety procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation and instructional skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, for developing training presentations.
• Ability to deliver effective classroom training and facilitate practical training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
• Good planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing training requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional standards.
