Accountant

Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the accounting, finance and compliance functions across our cafés, roastery and group operations.

Key Responsibilities

• * Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR and vendor payments.
• * Handle GST, TDS, statutory filings and compliance.
• * Reconcile POS, bank, UPI and cash transactions.
• * Manage outlet-wise and business-wise financial records.
• * Prepare monthly P&L, MIS, cash-flow and financial reports.
• * Track expenses, receivables, payables and cash flow.
• * Support inventory, costing and profitability analysis.
• * Coordinate with CAs, auditors and statutory authorities.
• * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely financial closures.
• * Identify discrepancies and support management with financial insights.

Requirements

• * 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience; F&B/hospitality experience preferred.
• * Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• * Proficiency in Tally/accounting software, Excel and Google Sheets.
• * Experience with POS and bank reconciliations.
• * Strong attention to detail, ownership and analytical skills.
• * Dehradun-based candidates preferred.
• * Comfortable with a hybrid setup and regular on-ground coordination.
