Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- The UKG/Kronos WFM consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of UKG Workforce Management solutions. This involves working closely with clients in the retail or manufacturing sectors to optimize their workforce management systems.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience with UKG/Kronos WFM Package: Must have direct experience in implementing or supporting UKG/Kronos WFM.
- Modules: Expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
- Client Experience: Experience working on WFM projects for Retail/Manufacturing clients, preferably for global clients in EU/APAC regions.
- Role in Projects: Must have experience working as a Developer or Support Analyst on WFM projects.
- Upgrades: Experience in upgrading from UKG Workforce Central or ADP E-time to UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
