This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Noida. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The HRBP will also collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
