Admission Counsellor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Bengaluru. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, offering information on educational programs, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves fostering positive relationships, providing excellent customer service, assisting with application procedures, and achieving admission targets through effective communication and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries and provide guidance throughout the admissions process
• Experience or aptitude in Sales to promote educational programs and achieve admissions targets
• Knowledge or familiarity with the Education sector is highly desirable
• A welcoming and approachable demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
