Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for an Inside Sales Associate (BDA). In this role, you will manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, closing deals, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth targets and maintain comprehensive records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and demonstrated ability to close deals efficiently
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and develop potential clients

- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships through Account Management practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in New Delhi
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
