Role Description

The Voice Process Associate position is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring issue resolution within defined timelines. The associate will support business operations by understanding and adhering to company policies, communicating effectively with clients, and maintaining accurate records. This role supports the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division and requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Effective Communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their concerns clearly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and familiarity with related workflows and technologies.
• Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, interpret data, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Understanding of finance-related processes and practices to support business operations (preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adhere to a structured work schedule.
• Relevant certifications or prior experience in customer service, BPO, or finance is a plus.
