• We are looking for a Branch Head Brokerage Business who can oversee daily operations, implements sales strategies to achieve targets, and manages staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• The role is expected to primarily look after Revenue and Profit Growth.
• Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing market trends, and reporting on branch performance to senior management.

Core responsibilities:

• Operational management: Manage day-to-day branch operations, including customer service, administrative tasks, and ensuring the branch functions smoothly.
• Sales and strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.
• This involves identifying sales opportunities and driving branch profitability.
• Staff leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of financial advisors and support staff.
• This includes setting performance goals and providing coaching.

Client relationship management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, handle escalated issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
