Role Overview :

The Capability Hub - Associate Director will serve as a pivotal leader responsible for orchestrating the operational heartbeat of the organization. This role acts as a bridge between high-level strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring that headcount, capacity, and business operations are perfectly aligned with organizational goals. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive the Rhythm of Business, providing critical insights that influence resource allocation and long-term strategic planning. By maintaining rigorous oversight of utilization and performance metrics, you will directly impact the company's bottom line and operational agility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive headcount and capacity planning initiatives to ensure the organization maintains the right talent density to meet fluctuating business demands.
• Manage the end-to-end Rhythm of Business, facilitating executive reporting and ensuring that leadership meetings are data-driven and action-oriented.
• Oversee utilization metrics across departments, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights into business health and departmental productivity.
