Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts within the hospitality portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, conducting client meetings, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with corporate and travel partners, tracking performance against sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Account Executive will also maintain account records, prepare sales reports, and support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen the brands presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales, account management, and client relationship building.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Panaji, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
