Project & Construction Manager

• Assume full accountability for project P&L, from initial mobilization to final handover and closeout.
• Develop and execute detailed project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
• 
  Lead, mentor, and coordinate the on-site project team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and regulations, fostering a zero-incident culture.
• Manage client relationships, including regular progress reporting, change order management, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure workmanship and materials meet contract specifications.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site issues and conflicts.
• Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, including daily reports, minutes, and as-built drawings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification (PMP, CIOB, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

  Get Hired
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction, with at least 8 years in a Project Manager role on large-scale infrastructure or building projects (>$50M value).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, contracts (FIDIC/NEC), and local regulations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
